日前，來自中國河南嵩山少林寺的釋延 阮師傅和歡樂日間保健中心的老人們進行了 一場聯歡活動。看到正宗的少林武功，耆老 們都非常高興，希望自己也能練就一身少林 功夫，健康長壽。釋延阮當場帶領老人們練 了一套健身氣功，屬於八段錦的一部分。能 夠在少林師傅的指點下鍛煉身手，老人們更 是樂不可支。
